The Idaho Commission of Pardons and Parole provides public records retained by the agency, upon request in accordance with the Idaho Public Records Act and IDAPA 50.01.01.

In accordance with Idaho Code §74-103, we will respond to the requests of residents of the state of Idaho within three (3) working days of receipt of the request. We are also afforded an additional seven (7) days, not to exceed 10 total working days, in the event that the request cannot be immediately filled. For those who are not residents of the state of Idaho, in accordance with Idaho Code §74-103, we will respond to the requests within 21 working days of receipt of the request. We are also afforded an additional 14 days, not to exceed 35 total working days, in the event that the request cannot be immediately filled.
