In the search box at the top, enter “Commission Hearings” and select any date. Within the box that open, click on Agenda for the monthly session Agenda
Due to circumstances beyond the Commission’s control, all hearing dates and times are subject to change. Changes to the schedule will be updated on this page.
HEARING PROCESSES
The Commission of Pardons and Parole holds hearings with all residents attending virtually. All supporters and members of the public are required to attend in person at the Commission office, located at 3056 West Elder Street, Boise, Idaho. If you are a victim wishing to attend and/or provide testimony, please contact our Victim Coordination by calling 208-639-8568. The Commission office must be provided notice at least five days prior to the hearing if you are a supporter wishing to provide testimony at the hearing.
*Please note- the hearing order for the following day will be posted upon the closing of the current hearing session, be advised that hearings could go past 6 p.m. at times. In accordance with the Townhall Idaho Initiative, hearing agenda’s and schedules are now being posted at townhall.idaho.gov.

To meet the requirement in the Open Meetings Act for a physical location, those wishing to attend hearings are welcome to attend at our office, located at 3056 West Elder Street, Boise, Idaho. If you would like to attend hearings in person, please contact the Commission at least 24 hours in advance at 208-334-2520. Those attending in person must follow facility security protocols, to include having an ID available, passing security screening and avoiding entering with weapons or other restricted items. Please read the attached Commission Facility Security Policy for further information.
***Those attending hearings at the Parole Commission Office, please park in the lot on the east end of the parking lot, near the entry designated for parole hearing attendance.***
The following items are prohibited on Commission property:
- Bags, purses, backpacks, briefcases, etc.
- Alcoholic beverages
- Pets/animals; unless the animal is a service animal necessary to assist persons with disabilities or an animal in the service of law enforcement
- Ammunition
- Drugs and narcotics
- Explosives and explosive devices
- Firearms
- OC Spray, mace, etc.
- Knives
- Cell Phones or pagers
- Electronic devices to include cameras, audio video equipment, recording devices, etc.
- Computers, unless utilized by an attorney, representing a victim, resident or parole violator, with prior permission from the Executive Director
- Other objects or materials that might be used to injure, damage, or harm persons or property or disrupt Commission business
***Minors (anyone under 18 years of age) will not be allowed to attend parole hearings without first obtaining the permission of the Executive Director.***
