The Commission publishes a notice of action taken a minimum of 5 business days following the last day of each hearing session. The lists can be accessed through this page and gives decisions made for each individual hearing or review. Anyone may request minutes from the Commission staff to obtain further information regarding the hearing or review. The minutes give a summary of the review or hearing. You may request the minutes by sending your address, along with the inmate's name and IDOC number, and review/hearing date, to the Commission office at PO Box 83720 Statehouse Mail, Boise, Idaho 83720-1807.
